Meritas Picaddle Resort Lonavala, Lonavala

My stay at this resort was wonderful! The hotel boasts great facilities, including a clean swimming pool and a fun water park. The staff, especially Ms. Tania, were incredibly helpful, assisting with everything from organizing tours to listening to our requests. Although the bathroom in our room could use some refurbishment, it didn't detract much from the overall positive experience. I can't wait to go back!

This resort is a fantastic escape with luxurious suites, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious dining options. The location is perfect, close to Lonavala market, which adds to its charm. The only downside was the issues we faced with the water temperature in the bathroom and some jacuzzi features not working as expected.

While the resort boasts some enjoyable amenities and clean rooms, my stay was marred by poor management and service issues that shouldn't occur at a well-respected place. The location is convenient for access to markets and entertainment, but the dining experience left much to be desired, and several maintenance issues were hard to overlook. Despite its high reputation, I found my expectations sadly unmet.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was a big plus, but there were some serious hygiene issues with cockroaches in the breakfast area and a poorly maintained pool. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there was a lack of communication on issues I raised. Overall, I enjoyed the spacious water park and game room, but the cleanliness and service need significant improvement.
